Danielle's Birthday

This is Danielle my roomate. Her birthday was a while ago but I am just posting the pics now cuz I am a slacker. We went out for dinner and a movie on her birthday and then she had a party on Saturday. We played games and she even made home made lasagna. Since some of her friends are vegitarians and vegans she ended up making 3 different lasagna's. What a sweetie huh?
Anyway we had a lot of fun and I am so grateful she is my roommate. How lucky am I?

We got a new addition. We have a couch!! It is so nice and comfortable. Danielle's friend gave it to her and it looks so good in our place. My friend and home teacher Steve helped us move it and we rewarded him with Chipotle. It was super heavy and my arms were sore for a few days after.
The couch has tiger pillows so this is Danielle as a Tiger!! GRRRR

After Christmas Special times

When I got home from Utah Sarah and the boys were here visiting mom. It was so good to see her and spend time with Damon and Carson. Mom took the kids to a state of the art play ground and we watched them plaly. Actually they were training for...something I can't remember now but that's what Damon kept saying is that he's got to complete his training.
Sarah was dying to go rock climbing and if I wasn't ill I would have gone and gotten some pointers from her.

Later on I made cookies for the boys and Carson in his sweet voice said "I love you for forever" to me and then Damon added "Till the end of light." As an aunt you can imagine my reaction.
They both got extra cookies from me. How cute is that?!?

Spoiled

I realize that living here in San Diego for almost 5 years now I am spoiled because of the constant beautiful sunshine. When I go home for Christmas I am always unprepared. I think I have warm clothes and then when I actually get to Utah I know I am wrong. I mean today I was waring a light jacket and sandals and my feet were only a little bit cold.


Adri and I went on a ride up Provo Canyon we went to Sundance and then further up to Aspen grove as far as we could and got out of the car for about 5 min and in that time I was frozen. I definetly had the wrong shoes on. The mountains were beautiful as always and I love it up there.
We saw these deer on our way down from Sundance. They were pretty close to the road.
It was funny on my plane ride to Utah I had a window seat and looked out and saw this familiar mountain range. I love it, I knew where the Y was and everything. Next time I come home I need to go on a long hike. I miss the mountains but I guess I'm trading for the ocean which isn't bad.

Christmas Time

So Christmas was a blurr all this time and energy leading up to one day and then it's over. It was great to see everyone and spend quality time with the fam.

Darby is such a beautiful little girl. Lindsey has her room decorated so cute. She has such beautiful eyes and definetly a Pritchard look.
This was Christmas morning. Christian got spiderman stuff and was spraying it everywhere. He looked like he was having a ball. ;) It was great to see him in the morning and the look on his face when he saw that Santa had come.
This one is funny I had to post it. It was at Becky and Katie's birthday lunch at CPK. That was so much fun to sit around and talk and catch up.

So here we go I finally got my pics up from my trip to Utah. It was short and sweet to see everyone. I feel like the luckiest girl, I have 10 best friends and they are also my brothers and sisters. It was such a joy to share Christmas with the kids and see them so excited.


I love Ethan's eyes they are so big and bright. He looks so smart like he's looking at you and figuring things out in his mind.

Recovering

So I'm still slowly recovering from being sick. I've been taking it easy at Mom and Ron's while they've been in Utah for Madi's baptizm and Darby's baby blessing. I hope both went well and I'm sorry I couldn't make it.
My computer isn't letting me download pics right now so I'm still working on posting all the cute pics I got from my last trip.
