Vorkink Visit

Erin, Mike, Madelyn, Lauren and little Ethan came for a week visit. It was so good to see them. Erin usually comes like once a year but this time there were two extra boys and that made it so great. Erin is so much fun to hang out with. They let me tag-a-long with their beach going.

Look at these beautiful girls and their bright smiles. I had a blast hanging out with them and learning more about what they're doing in their lives. Maddy and Lauren are so different but so much fun. They ketp asking funny questions like "Did you ever fight with your sisters?" I had to smile and say "Ya but now we are all best friends. I am so lucky to have them as my sisters."

On Sunday afternoon we went to LaJolla shores to see the seals and hang out. It was a fun beautiful day.

Vorkink Visit

Here are some of my favorite pics of Ethan. He is such a cutie. I got to babysit the kids while the "grown-ups" went to a nice fancy dinner. It's been a long time since I've babysat a baby. I'd forgotten what hips were for. The kids were great even after Ethan's diaper change he went to bed without to much fuss.

Mom looks great in this one. She still has her special touch. 10 kids will do that to ya I guess.

Look at that hair. So cute and his face...could you die?

Padres

My friend Michelle and I went to the Padres game on Friday. We had great seats and it was a lot of fun. Padres lost :( but we made the best of it.



After the game there was a fireworks show. It was awesome. Then all down town got all smokey.

San Diego News

The girls seem to make everyday fun. One morning last week before they were off to their day camps (Dahra is in soccer and Paige is in Art) they wanted to play news caster.
Paige was in front of the Camera and Dahra was the camera woman. It was so cute to see them be so creative. Paige even used paper and tapped it twice on her "desk".
I got to be involved too. My segment was Wendy with the weather. :)

She used all kinds of stuff for props to record the show. So fun
Paige's news was mostly about the earth quake that we didn't really feel.
