Go Padres

As a ward we went to a Padres game and sat on the lawn

it was a lot of fun.

The Padres lost but we didn't really watch the game anyway

just sat around had hotdogs and popcorn and talked.

Dahra's House

Dahra made one too and let me tell ya. It took a lot of time and she got super mad if you even made a noise but she finally did it. We're working on her patience when things don't go her way.

House of Cards

Paige made these house of cards. It took her so long and she tried so hard when she was done she was so proud of herself. She was also very worried about anyone bumping the table and knocking it over and for good reason.

Sushi Saturday

Some good friends of mine that I work with in the temple invited some of us to go to their house and learn from a real sushi master how to make sushi. We had so much fun. To be honest I forget the names of all the rolls we made but took pictures of them all. I didn't realize that once rolled they all look the same. :) I'm such a goof.
We ate like kings. It was fantastc!!!

Disaster in the Kitchen

No I didn't burn it down, something happend to the dishwasher. It was a great stress relief for some reason. I was laughing so hard as I mopped up the suds.

Ice Cream Cupcakes

It's kind of dark but we made ice cream cupcakes. It was a good messy time.

Fun with Kids

Dahra made up a game today. It was so cute. She and Paige got some dress up clothes on and then one person goes in another room and changes one thing in their wardrobe and comes out and the other person guesses what's different. I had to take some shots they are to fun sometimes.

School's Out For Summer!!

So it's the first week of summer and it's only half way through the week and the kids are driving eachother nuts. Dahra's getting bossy and Paige has lost all her manners sigh...but for a while my bribing trick was working for over 3 weeks I didn't have to give them a time-out at all!! Everyone's entitled to a bad day. I'm hoping for more good days ahead.

Enough about work...I am having a lot of fun with my roommate Tasha. She's so much fun and we get along so great! She's very extraverted and I'm the opposite so we mesh well. I need to be more social.

I am getting very excited for the sisters retreat. I can't wait to cook for you all and show off my mad skills. Yesterday Lindsey asked if I was good. Good? Ya baby, I am!! I know what I'm doing.
