So one of my old companions contacted me and said she was in town. Sister Reese (in the purple) and Sister Henrie (in the black strips) are cousins and I got to serve with both of them. It was fun to have dinner and hang out, and talk about old times on the mission.
We did a lot of laughing and catching up. It's always fun to reconnect with friends.

The Shack
This is an awesome book that I highly recomend. It was a Christmas gift from Ron. He gave one to me, mom, his mom, a lady named Elizabeth and the list goes on. I read it in about a week and loved it.
It basicly talks about the relationship between God and us, his children.
I feel eternaly greatful for His love, grace and mercy in my life. I've made a lot of stupid decisions and He loves me anyway. How lucky are we!!!
Please read this you will be truely touched by Gods love and how big it really is.
I love you all so much and count you among my many blessings.

Happy New Year
Me and my buddy Cassie
So it's the first day of 2009. How cool is that!! I hooked up with a few gal-pals and went up to Corona for the night. Little did I know that we would be the youngest of the group. Everyone else was 50 or above (not that there's anything bad with that it was just a surprise is all) And it was on a COW FARM. Getting out of the car was so rancid I thought I was going to gag.
Needless to say it was an interesting night.
Happy 2009 everybody.
