Julienne

About 45 min away in the little mountains there's a cute town called Julienne. It's got fun unique shops with antiques and it's famous for it's pie. Danielle and I drove up there Easter weekend (I know that was a long time ago) and got lunch and looked around for a while. There were tons of bikers because it was such a beautiful day. They were all hanging out driving Harley's around the streets.


We ate lunch there and for dessert we had pie and it was so good, we each got a turnover for later. I ate mine for breakfast the next day. Nothing's better than pie in the morning. :)

It was a great day. And since it was Easter weekend I got a pie for mom's dinner. It was boisenberry/apple

Stream of Bad Luck

Ok so I was very very very upset about not going to Hawaii. I was on the phone most of the day with people with thick accents trying to get my refund. It's in dispute right now and I hope I'll get it back. I talked to my boss and since the kids have their spring break I thought that I'd have to work. But no I still get the whole week off and Becky and the Fullmer fam. will be in
San Clamente which is about 45 min north of me so I thought I'd spend some quality time with them. I got Simmers a water gun and not thinking I got one for Briggs too. I guess it will be a battle between me and Simeon. Should be fun and I hope to get wet.

Another sad sad story to add...This morning I got up early for conference. Since I don't have the luxury to watch at home I was headed to Mom and Ron's to watch it there. I go down to my car and see that somone has broken into it AGAIN!!! There was glass everywhere and they stole my CD's and tried to steal my stereo but they couldn't get it out so they took out my entire dash. There is a huge hole where everything used to be like the stereo, A/C stuff.
I talked to my insurance co. and with my deductable I'm not sure if it'll be worth it to fix it or if I should just get a new one. As I was cleaning up the glass a guy approached me and told me that his car was stolen last night. Looks like I might move from this apt. when our lease is up in June.

With all the other stuff that's going on in my life and this on top of it. I was upset most of the day. I know things will work out and there is an answer to this problem.

Nothing much new this week. Friday I went to the kids school for this thing called "Night at the Museum" It's where items are auctioned off some stuff from local places and some stuff was the students art.
It was fun there was a sit down dinner and Cathy (my boss) baught me this beautiful topaz bracelt. Pretty cool eh? It looks great on me.
I'm counting down the days until we go to Hawaii. I will really enjoy this vacation.

Happy Easter

Hi everyone. My computer is finally fixed and I have to install all my stuff now for my i-tunes and pictures and everything so give me a little more time and everything will be up and running again.
I'm excited for my trip to Hawaii I'm going to Adri, Becky, Mom and my roommate Danielle. It's going to be awesome and I really need a vacation.
Today is a beautiful day and I can't help reflect on my Savior Jesus Christ. I am so thankful for the atonement in my life. The Lord not only suffered for my sins but my other pains aswell. I am truely humbled by my many blessings. I love you all and count you as my blessings.

New Stuff

Ok so my computer has been busted for a while and it's getting a little annoying. So I'm writing this from mom's.
The latest with me is I got a new hair cut and I got it dyed blue black. It looks amazing.
Of corse mom wasn't happy when I told her what I wanted to do. She said in her motherly tone.
"Jennifer no you're not. You're a temple worker you can't do that."
It was kinda funny but when I showed her she loved it.
I can't wait to show pics when my computer is fixed.

Valentines Day is over

For all you happily married couples I want to say that I am happy for you.
But I am also happy Valentine's day is over. I spent the night at home watching a movie with some yummy thai take-out and a hot bubble bath :)
Last weekend I went to Rugby Sevens which is the world series of rugby. It was so much fun and we were there ALL day about 6 hours. I had a blast and took some fun pics but due to my stupid computer I haven't posted them yet. Soon though

Spring Has Sprung

The great part about living in San Diego is spring comes so early. I'm sorry to rub it in the faces of my beautiful Utah family. But it's GREAT!! As I drive around I see trees in bloom and flowers all over. It's still super cold in the morning and evening and it's been raining pretty often.
