Iron Chef

So a few weeks ago our ward had an activity of Iron Chef. I got together with my friend April and she wanted to do a recipe. The secret ingredient was pineapple and April suggested to do a dish called Hawaiian style pasta. It's like Hawaiian pizza just in a pasta instead. It was interesting to put together but everyone loved the result. They even came back for seconds. We didn't win but it was fun.

Relief Society Camp-Out

Our ward did a camp-out ast Friday night. It was a lot of fun. I haven't been camping in a long time. We went to Lake Jennings which is actually pretty close by. It was funny because it was so close to the freeway and civilization. You could see the freeway from our campsite so it wasn't camping like I'm used to. It was a great view of the lake though.

These are some of my friends in the ward they are awesome girls and we had a great time.
We only stayed one night and my back is killing me but it was worth it.

Danielle's Baby Shower

Mom and I got up early yesterday and drove up to Danielle's shower. It was a quick drive. We first went to Camerillo to pick up Aunt Lenny and Megan then went the rest of the way to Carpenteria. It was a nice drive up the coast. It was great to see everyone. Aunt Nicky was there, Lenny, Megan, and Amy drove down from Templeton. It was great because we don't always get to see them.

So here's what happened after the shower. Mom and I spent the night at Uncle Lee and Aun Lenny's it was great and I got to play with Megan most of the time. We got to play make-over
I did her hair a few times and she did mine. And I got to put a little make up on her. Then she wanted to put make up on me.

I couldn't help but laugh and smile. Don't I look great. She really did a good job of staying in the lines and the color is so...vibrant. She kept saying "trust me I do this to my friends all the time" and then I would smile big and she's say "Why are you smiling?" It was like nothing I've ever experienced before. Megan is such a great and beautiful girl.

Pritchard Family Visit

It was so much fun having Joe, Megan, Jed, Dyllan and Milly come for a visit last weekend.
What fun kids. We had a great time looking around San Diego harber. We took a tour of the Midway and checked out all the old planes, helecopters, and fun stuff on board.
Joe is graduating and I am so proud and happy for him.
Megan did an awesome job at the garden festivle and I am so happy and proud of her as well. What an amazing artest. I hope next year will be an even bigger success.




I love this one of Milly because you can hardly see her face but she has a smile in her eyes. What a cutie.
Jed and Dyllan are awesome boys and a lot of fun. I got to ride with them down to San Diego and it was fun having them in the car with me.
Milly was fun too and so sweet with lots of smiles. :) She kept saying Camino Del Norte and it was so funny.

Old Roommates Baby Shower

This is me and my old roommate Joy. She had a baby shower a few weeks ago and it was so much fun to hang out with her. We get together about once a week to hang out and watch the Office together. I'm so happy for her.
